The companies of the BERBEL PORCEL GROUP are companies dedicated to the integral provision of passive fire protection services, industrial painting, polyurethane projection. And manufacture and marketing of fireproof mortar. Aware of the importance of protecting people’s health, respecting our environment and customer satisfaction, it has decided to integrate its Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems into an Integrated Management System.<\/p>\n

As a development of this Integrated Policy and as part of the commitment acquired with the continuous improvement, protection of the environment and safety and health in the companies of the BERBEL PORCEL GROUP, we have decided to adapt our Integral Management System in accordance with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:18 standards<\/b>.<\/p>\n

The Management is personally committed to leading the fulfillment of the Integral System implemented in the companies of the BERBEL PORCEL GROUP, To this end, it declares the following Integrated Policy and undertakes to disseminate it and make it understood to all personnel, and in what applies to its suppliers, customers and other interested parties, reviewing it and maintaining it adequate continuously.<\/p>\n

Our QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY is based on the following principles:<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Achieve full satisfaction in relation to customer expectations and needs<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Achieve high competitiveness in our markets based on the trust and loyalty of our customers and suppliers.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Invest in the achievement of quality, environmental and occupational safety and health objectives and targets within the permanent framework of continuous improvement of the effectiveness of the system, ensuring the availability of the necessary information and resources.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Comply with the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our activity. This commitment extends to other requirements that the organization subscribes contractually in terms of quality, Environment and Safety and Health at Work and to the commitments that the same organization imposes to achieve objectives and goals in the search for continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Minimize the consumption of resources and the generation of waste and provide training and means to our employees to promote their environmental awareness.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Provide safe and healthy working conditions for the prevention of injury and deterioration of health.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Commitment to training and information to our employees, especially in everything related to Health and Safety at Work and the Environment, with the continuous improvement of this training and the search for the satisfaction of the members of our organization in their relationship with us.<\/p>\n

\u25a0 Firm commitment to eliminate hazards and reduce OSH risks and control and reduction of incidents and accidents, as well as control and increase of established safety measures. <\/p>\n

\u25a0 The commitment to encourage the participation and consultation of employees in the management elements of occupational health and safety, guaranteeing for each worker a training appropriate to their job.<\/p>\n\n

It is the responsibility and commitment of the Management and the staff of all companies to comply with the requirements set out above, based on the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015, UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:18 regulations. <\/p>\n

The Management assumes its executive responsibility in the development of this Policy in its communication and understanding at all organizational levels, providing the necessary means to its Integrated System to meet the expectations of customers and the Objectives of Quality, Environment and Safety and Health at Work established.<\/p>\n

Likewise, it declares mandatory the application of this Integrated Management System that is duly established, implemented and kept up to date at all human and productive levels.<\/p>\n

GRANTS AND INCENTIVES<\/p>\n

An incentive has been received from the Agency for Innovation and Development of Andalusia IDEA, of the Junta de Andaluc\u00eda, for an amount of \u20ac 4,331.67, co-financed by 80% by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund, ERDF for the realization of the project of implementation and certification of management systems with the aim of achieving a more competitive business fabric.<\/p>\n

Berbel Porcel Asociados S.L. has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to promote research, technological development and innovation, and thanks to which it has implemented, within the production process, a compact storage system optimizing the available space both on the surface and in height, improving in turn the times of entry and exit of goods, to support the creation and consolidation of innovative companies. Date of the action of the DECA agreement on December 9, 2020. For this, it has had the support of the InnoC\u00e1maras Program of the Chamber of Commerce of Granada.<\/p>\n

Berbel Porcel Asociados S.L.. has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to improve the use and quality of information and communication technologies and access to them and thanks to which it has developed a stock management and traceability solution and warehouse tools using QR codes to improve the competitiveness and productivity of the company. Action date December 2020 to January 2021. For this, it has had the support of the TICC\u00e1maras Program Extraordinary Call of the Chamber of Commerce of Granada<\/p>\n
