Fireproof mortar in rehabilitation of accommodation in Malaga
Works of passive fire protection in the
rehabilitation of the Diocesan House in Finca del Seminario de Málaga.
This construction, which has been awarded the Architecture Prize in 2016, will host accommodation within the facilities of the Bishopric.
The construction company in charge of the rehabilitation, Obras y Restauraciones Picaso, entrusts us with the protection of the metal structure of the building.
This protection is carried out by means of the projection of fireproof mortar based on plaster on the different metal profiles.
By sliding the image bar, we can see the state in which the structure was before the projection of perlite and vermiculite mortar on the profiles.

Project: passive protection in interactive science museum.
Materials: polyurethane ridigal foam.
Thermal insulation in museum of Granada
Thermal insulation works in the extension of the
Science Park of Granada.
Our job here is to project thousands of square meters with rigid polyurethane foam.
Polyurethane foam is a material that has a very good behavior against large temperature variations.
The construction company that entrusts us with the development of these works is Dragados.

Project: passive fire protection for warehouses in suppliers’ park.
Localization: Villamuriel de Cerrato (Palencia).
Promoter: Junta de Castilla y León.
Contractor: UTE Parque Villamuriel (Dragados – Zarzuela).
Materials: fireproof mortar based on plaster and intumescent paint.
Passive protection in Palencia warehouses
Passive fire protection for buildings for industrial use in the park of suppliers of the automotive sector in Villamuriel de Cerrato.
The project consists of the construction of
20 buildings in the vicinity of the Renault factory. Financed by the Junta to reactivate the economy in the area.
The work is awarded to UTE Parque Villamuriel, composed of the
construction companies Dragados and Zarzuela, who count on us for the execution of the project.
We are entrusted with the
fireproofing works applying
plaster-based mortar (perlite and vermiculite) and intumescent paint, according to the requirements of the project drafted by 1A Ingenieros.

Materials: intumescent paint, fibrosilicate plates and fireproof biker.
Fireproofing at the Palacio de Congresos de Córdoba
We carry out the works of passive fire protection of
the Palace of Exhibitions and Congresses of Córdoba.
For the fireproofing of the metal structure of the building , different protection systems are used, according to optional management criteria.
Intumescent paint is applied to most of the structure.
Projecting perlite and vermiculite mortar in those less visible areas.
Fibrosilicate plates are also used for the realization of the fire strips.
The contractor company is Ucop Construcciones, which chooses us for our trajectory and experience in constructions of the same type.
