Carrying out passive fire protection works in Valladolid sports club.

In this sports complex , new covers are installed on the two tennis courts and the four paddle tennis courts.

The application of passive fire protection is required throughout the structure that makes up the roofs.

For this order we proceed to fireproof the structure of each track, applying intumescent paint.

The fire stability required to comply with the regulations in a construction is such characteristics, it is 30 minutes.

In the photographs we show the result of the application of the intumescent paint R30 in matt white color on the different profiles that make up the structure.

For the project in question, it is the promoter who directly hires our services.

· Project: passive fire protection with R60 fireproof paint in ski resort.

· Location: Granada.

· Promoter: Cetursa Sierra Nevada.

· Materials: R60 fireproof paint and compatible enamel.

These works are carried out within the actions developed by Cetursa for the set-up of the facilities before the opening of the season.

A part of this investment has been dedicated to important improvements in the gondola lifts and entrance areas to ski lifts.

Within these improvements, our work has been to fireproof and protect the metal structure of the access enclosures to the gondola lifts.

For fireproofing, intumescent paint has been applied to achieve fire stability of R60 in matt white.

After the fireproof treatment, enamel compatible with intumescent paint and resistant to the unique weather conditions of the ski resort has also been applied.

· Project: passive fire protection with R120 fireproof mortar in football stadium.

· Location: Seville.

· Promoter: Sevilla Fútbol Club.

· Materials: R120 fireproof mortar based on plaster.

Carrying out the works of passive fire protection in the reform of the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán Stadium in Seville.

These works are carried out within the last remodeling of the stadium for the improvement of accesses and common areas.

Our participation here has consisted of protecting against fire the new metallic structural elements that have been assembled, such as the new slabs and stairs to facilitate access.

For fireproofing, we are asked to achieve fire stability of R120 for stair structure and REI120 stability for collaborative sheet metal slabs .

In this project, the product chosen by the project management is fireproof mortar based on plaster with perlite, which is projected on the different elements.

The works are carried out in collaboration with Construcciones Sando, a construction company with which we have previously worked on projects of similar characteristics.
